No, Zermatt is a car-free village. The driver takes you to the Matterhorn Terminal in Täsch, where a shuttle train runs to Zermatt in about 12 minutes. Many hotels then collect guests at Zermatt station by electric taxi.

Do I need a passport for the trip from Malpensa to Zermatt?
