Brno is the second-largest city in the Czech Republic and the capital of South Moravia. It is a lively university city with a large trade fair ground, the Špilberk Castle, the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul and the UNESCO-listed Villa Tugendhat. Brno has its own small airport, but most international travellers fly into Vienna International Airport (VIE), which is much closer than Prague.
