Bus
Several coach operators run frequent buses from Vienna Airport to Bratislava, a ride of about 1 hour. From Bratislava you can continue by regional bus or train to Piešťany. It is an affordable choice, but with luggage and a change of stations it can be tiring, especially after a long flight.
